These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Verde Colab website, coworking locations, memberships, day passes, event space rentals, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By visiting our website, booking a tour, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership & Passes

Access to Verde Colab locations is provided through day passes, weekly passes, monthly memberships, private offices, or other plans as described on each location's page. Plan pricing, features, and availability vary by location and are subject to change. Continued access requires an active, paid membership or valid pass.

2. Payments & Billing

Membership fees are billed in accordance with the plan selected at signup. Monthly memberships automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms for your plan. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by plan and location. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, day passes, weekly passes, and event space bookings are non-refundable once used or once the reserved time has passed. Monthly memberships may be cancelled with notice as specified for your plan; fees already billed for the current period are generally non-refundable.

4. Facility Use & Conduct

Members and guests are expected to treat shared spaces, equipment, and other members with respect. Verde Colab reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any individual who violates these Terms, engages in disruptive, unsafe, or illegal conduct, or damages Verde Colab property. Certain amenities (meeting rooms, phone booths, creative studios, event spaces) require advance booking and are subject to availability and applicable fees.

5. Guests & Visitors

Members may be permitted to bring guests subject to each location's specific guest policy. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests while on Verde Colab premises.

6. Personal Property

Verde Colab is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left at any location. Members and guests are responsible for securing their own belongings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verde Colab and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or personal property, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Website Use

The content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Verde Colab and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Third-Party Services

Bookings, payments, and account management may be handled through third-party platforms (such as our membership and scheduling software). Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Changes to These Terms

Verde Colab may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the applicable Verde Colab location operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
